The machine is completely made of stainless steel SUS304. BZBJ-330 Bowl cutter is used for cutting, mixing and emulsifying all kinds of meat and vegetables. It chops materials and mixes them with additive and fillings. Bowl cutter knives are imported from Germany. Hydraulic loading and discharging device, front and back cover overturn device are equipped with the machine as well as the safey guards and temperature display. The transducer can control the main knife shaft speed. The machine is controlled by PLC which can be replaced with normal electric control.
